My app updated automatically, it is unusable unable to book reservations tried to talk to someone with online chat no answer AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Just make it all easy
This is a very handy app. Use it a lot.
Had less than an hour, uninstalled because, contrary to IHG website and info all over the web...this app has NO option for digital check-in! Cmon, IHG...what other reason is there to have a mobile app for a hotel group? App has plenty of info on applying for a credit card, and other stuff that you can find on the IHG website. Hilton's app has a great digital check-in, where you can choose you room days in advance... I have been an IHG member for years but I believe my loyalties are switching...
So easy to use to book my rooms while on the road.

UPDATE: I'm damn tired of these monthly mandatory updates, where I have to spend a half an hour making space on my phone just to update it, it's making me just about over IHG brand. Maybe time for a change to Marriott or Hyatt!? Apps okay I guess, it's IHG rewards that sucks these days! I'll say one thing though, if they keep forcing me to update my app monthly just to use it, I will be dumping it unceremoniously in a heartbeat!
Still not working, had to go on desktop again..New update not working. Will not except login information. Had to login on laptop..
